Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Dresscode By Christa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the order date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Defective items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us: Email hello@stylebychrista.com to initiate a return.
  2. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
